Our Purpose

As a ministry of The Charleston Baptist Temple, we are dedicated to providing a stimulating environment, helping each child to develop socially, physically, emotinally, intellectually, and spiritually.  We encourage eachchild to develop by using his or her special capabilities.
Preschool Programs
All classes implement a faith-based acadaemic curriculum.

2 Year Olds
This program will assist your child in learning to interact with other children, develop early motor skills, sit attentively during circle time, & have fun with crafts & music.  We will work with your children during potty training!

3 Year Olds
This class will help promote early learning in a variety of age appropriate, multi-sensory ways.  We will assist the preschoolers in the mastery of the alphabet, beginning writing skills, and numbers.  The children will be encouraged to express their creativity with the frequent use of paint, play-doh & music.  Children in this program MUST be toilet trained.

4 Year Olds
The fundamentals of this class will help the children develop a solid preschool foundation.  A variety of themes will be explored during the school year.  Children will master the alphabet, phonics, numbers, and calendar fun.

5 Year old - Pre K
This class will provide a nurturing environment where the children can grow & develop a variety of skills that will prepare them for kindergarten.  Emphasis will be placaed on reading & math readiness, language development, continuing development of large & fine motor skills, & activities in social studies, science, & art.

A $60 non-refundable fee is required at the time of registration.

A tuition discount ($10 off each child per month) applies for families who have more than one child enrolled in a preschool class.

$2.50 per 1/2 hour

Snack is provided twice daily.  Children who attend at lunchtime should bring their own lunch.  (We are a peanut-free environment.)

Children may participate in this program for a maximum of 4 hours per day.
